چکیده
Objective: This study aimed to determine if there was a significant difference in root canal obturation quality between single-rooted teeth produced using manual approach and those prepared rotational method, as determined by intraoral periapical radiographs. Study Design: Randomized control trial Place Duration: randomized conducted at Bakhtawaramin Medical Dental College during the period from April, 2022 September, 2022. Methods: Total 80 patients of both genders were presented. All included cases had single rooted teeth. Age, gender, residence some detailed demographic information that documented after getting informed written consent. Patients equally divided two groups. Group I underwent treatment 40 while group II rotary endodontic preparation. Outcomes among groups recorded terms filling. SPSS 23.0 used analyze all data. Results: There 45 (56.3%) females 35 (43.7%) males. Mean age 33.3±8.35 years mean 34.9±7.23 years. We did not find any filling homogeneity showed significantly good results T score compared with p value <0.005. Conclusion: According this research, yielded higher obturations taper overall than traditional method. Despite this, no instrumentation radiographic technical respect length density. متن کاملComparison of Tubular Penetration of AH26, EasySeal, and SureSeal Root Canal Sealers in Single-Rooted Teeth Using Scanning Electron Microscopy
Background and Aim: Tubular penetration of root canal sealers prevents filling material displacement and overgrowth of microorganisms in dentinal tubules. The aim of this study was to compare the tubular penetration of AH26, EasySeal, and SureSeal sealers in single-rooted teeth using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Materials and Methods: Fifty human single-rooted teeth were included in thi...
متن کاملQuality of Preclinical and Clinical Root Canal Fillings performed by Undergraduate Students on Single-rooted Teeth
This study evaluated the radiographic technical quality of preclinical and clinical root canal fillings (RCF) performed by undergraduate students on single-rooted teeth. Two independent calibrated endodontic specialists evaluated 94 preclinical radiographs (group 1) and 96 clinical radiographs (group 2). The apical length of each RCF was categorized as acceptable (0-2.0 mm short of the radiogra...
متن کاملInfluence of root canal sealer on the radiographic appearance of filling voids in maxillary single-rooted teeth
OBJECTIVE This study compared the influence of three epoxy resin-based sealers with distinct radiopacities on the observers' ability to detect root canal filling voids during radiographic analysis. MATERIAL AND METHODS The root canals of 48 extracted maxillary canines were prepared and divided into three groups. Each group was laterally condensed with one sealer (AH Plus®, Acroseal® or a non-...
